I am a South African Greek – born in Cape Town and brought up in Athens. I lived in London for nine years. I love travelling. I love animals. I love music. I love eating. I love sport. I love sleeping. I love laughing. I love good people with a good sense of humour. I love beautiful smiles and I have a thing about teeth! I am passionate, I am stubborn and I am sarcastic. I swear a lot when I drive (in Athens) and think it is really ugly when people chew gum. I am an avid charity volunteer and love ‘The Prophet’ by Khalil Gibran. I get bored easily and have a very good sense of smell. I think Brad Pitt is gorgeous and one of my dreams is to meet Barbra Streisand. I can’t stand cigarette smoke but I love tomatoes. I have a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and Sport Management and an MA in Marketing. I have a diploma in public relations as well as a teaching diploma. I was nominated for a teaching award by the Cambridge Education Authority during my time as a part-time lecturer in London. I have a personal training qualification and am a qualified tennis coach. I work to live, I don’t live to work. I am not career-driven so have had several different jobs from security to merchandising manager. I am on the committee of an animal charity in Greece and can do the upside-down splits on the tube (London Underground)! I have been to 32 countries so far and hope to continue to add to that list. Hugh Grant once offered me a ride home and I declined! I enjoy writing silly rhyming poems and love word play. I also love exclamation marks! See? I have the best friends in the world…and my family isn’t too bad either! Welcome to my blog!
